Minimum fifteen (15) years experience with progressive responsibility and demonstrated performance.

Demonstrated people leadership skills and experience leading, developing and mentoring large teams.
Highly talented and strategic government relations and public affairs leader with experience operating in large, complex, diverse health care organizations preferred.
A bi-partisan leader with deep expertise in government relations and advocacy efforts at the local, state and federal levels on both sides of the aisle.
Creates a two to three-year roadmap for KP-s government relations strategy and translates broad enterprise strategies into clear, specific policy objectives and plans.
Identifies significant issues, opportunities and regulatory developments early and prioritizes the most critical factors in making decisions and developing advocacy plans.
Makes plans to address changes or trends in the external landscape and takes quick, decisive action.
