Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum eight (8) years of Home Health, Hospice, and/or Palliative Care experience or related field.

Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.

Bachelors Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a directly related field AND minimum eight (8) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation, or a directly related field. OR Minimum eleven (11) years of experience in the areas of training delivery, curriculum design, training development and evaluation, or a directly related field.

Registered Professional Nurse License (Georgia) required at hire OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Georgia) required at hire OR Physical Therapist License (Georgia) required at hire OR Occupational Therapist License (Georgia) required at hire OR Speech-Language Pathologist License (Georgia) required at hire
