Basic Qualifications:

Experience

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in one or more of the technical areas required.

Education

Bachelor degree in public health, health care administration, epidemiology or other related field required, OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

License, Certification, Registration

Additional Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of research methodology/research study design, hypothesis testing and qualitative data interpretation and application.
Excellent knowledge of computer applications, such as word processing, spreadsheet design, and database applications.
Able to create flow charts, chart review instruments, design questionnaires, interpret data. Project management skills required.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in public health, health care administration, epidemiology or other related field preferred.
