Job Summary:

Provides consultation and leadership in designated areas of expertise with minimal oversight. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to address issues and achieve project objectives. Shares knowledge and best practices with peers and staff, serving as a mentor to support a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Assists regulatory compliance by using knowledge of state, federal, and agency requirements to support and conduct audits, investigations, and chart reviews to identify compliance issues and implement plans. Implements policies, procedures, protocols, and educational programs to maintain compliance and address deficiencies. Delivers training sessions, seminars, and workshops for staff and practitioners. Coaches staff on policies, procedures, protocols, educational programs, and best practices. Contributes to the identification and exploration of innovation opportunities in care delivery models and workflows. Engages with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and achieve project objectives with minimal supervision. Implements policies, procedures, and standards with minimal supervision. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum one (1) year of leadership experience in nursing and or healthcare related field with or without direct reports.

  • Bachelors degree in nursing or related field AND minimum two (2) years of experience in direct patient care or a directly related field.


  • Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire
