RN Residency Program
New graduates can grow their skills with the Kaiser Permanente RN residency program. Over the course of this four-month program, nurses take part in biweekly professional development activities, including working with nurse leader mentors to complete and present evidence-based projects. You can choose area of practice for your residency, including Primary Care, Urgent Care, Acute Care and other specialty areas.
